Site Refresh and Power Booking Features

What: Updating the site by adding power features like active warrant dashboard, online form submissions, and a court service booking system.

Why: To reduce the burden on staff for manual ingest per customer and to reduce turn around time per request.

How: Assessed each product needed to be digitized and used human centered design methodologies to create online versions of them.

Impact: Decreased form approval time from 2 weeks to 3 days on avg, court service booking from 48-72hours to 5 minutes.
